Dissertation the research is dedicated to working out of a new method of treatment of the acute and exacerbated chronic periodontitis, based on the usage of intracanal ultra-violet radiation in combination with 0,1 % of gentamyciny's solution. Effectiveness of the method reveals in the essential reduction of terms of treatment (in days), reduces percentage of the after-effects, high level of the positive results in the nearest and earlier term of observations
