Kharytonov S. Criminal and legal evaluation of the use of firearm by militia officials.

Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of criminal and legal appraisal of firearms using by a milicia-man. The juridical nature of the lawful firearms using by a milicia-man is under consideration. Also was determineted the place of these actions among the circumstances which eliminate the criminalite of this action. The author represents the analyses of the social and juridical characteristic of the lawful firearms using by a milicia-man. The foundations for lawful firearms usihg by a milicia-man have been deeply examined. The problem of exceeding milicia-man autority while firearms using has got its careful consideration. The author of dissertation introduces some propositions concerning the improvement of the valid Ukrainian law "About the Milicia".
