Activity of the commercial banks at the stock markets. The problems of functioning of the commercial banks at the stock markets were studied. Analysis and synthesis, comparative economic, classifying and typological methods have been used. The activity of the commercial banks is shown in the bank, out-of-bank and mixed models of the stock markets. Directions of the activity of the commercial banks at the stock market of Ukraine have been outlined. Augmentation of the scientifically grounded establishment of the stock market in Ukraine. The fields of application are the stock market, bank system, education.
