Sakhaltuyev A. 3. Dynamis of lipid peroxidation,antioxidative system and lipid parameters interrelations and possibility of their correction during the in-hos- pital and out-hospital treatment of patients with essential hypertension.

.The dissertation is devoted to the study lipid per- oxidation,antioxidative defence and lipid indexes in- terrelations in erythrocyte membranes and blood pla sma in 192 patients with essential hypertension (EH) of stage II in dinamic of hypertensive crisis and postcrisis period during the traditional hypotensive therapy and complex treatment with alpha-tocopherol acetatis (TA).It was reveiled,that the use of the antioxidant in the period of crisis 300 mg da- i ly after and 30-100 mg daily after crisis promotes the earlier normalization of lipid peroxidation,anti- oxidative activity and total lipids levels in cell mem- branes and plasma, and prevents development of hyperlipidemia in postcrisis period. Prolonged app- lication of TA 30-100 mg daily leads to the reduction of working losses because of the EH,reli- eves clinical signes and deminishes oxidative changes in repeated crises. Moreover,such treatment makes possible to correct atherogenic changes in lipid plas- ma spectrum in EH patiens with hyperlipidermia/
