Essay

We have determined the temperature of magnetic ordering of oxygen-containing thermal and radiative flaws. The ferromagnetic character of ordering of electronic spins on the torn off associations of non-growth dislocations in chips Si and Ge is proved. Set conditions at which for alloys Si-Ni a magnetizability will be described by the law of an additivity.
