Parashchyn Z. Synthesis and propeties of thiosulfonates derivatives of benzimidazole

New thiosulphonates with benzimidazole fragment were synthesised from the side of reduced and oxidized sulphur. Influence of heterocyclic part establised on reactivity of synthesised S-esters. Chemical properties and ways of use of some synthesised compounds - benzimidazole derivatives learned. Synthetic method of obtaining thiosulphonates by interaction between solid aryldiazonium salts and thiosulphoacids salts were investigated. Possibility of addition of synthesised free thiosulphoacids to substances with double bonds was shown. Existence in free forms of thiosulphoacids and carbamine acid - benzimidazole derivatives were confirmed. Ecologically safe synthetic path of obtaining of antigelmintics based on 2-methoxycarbonylaminobenzimidazole was suggested.
