Subsantiatet varients for selection of individually necessary autografts for lower jaw and temporomandibular joint restorating have been proposed on the basis of studying of strength, histologic, morphometric invetigations of lower jaw and bone grafts of donor areas of human skeleton and comporative evaluation of autojoint mobility (temporomandibular joints, joints of sternum and clavicula, metatarsophalangeal joints, interphalangeal joints, carpometacarpal joints). The efficiency of differentiated approach to the selection of autografts with their strength, morphologic and functional characteristics and biological properties under clinical conditions in the treatment of patients with adamantinomas, lower jaw defects, ankyloses, deforming osteoarthoroses of temporomandibular (TMJ) joint has been defined what contributes to the improvement of therapy results.
