Essay

The theoretical description of collective effects in the closely packed and rarefied media is carried out. The effectiveness and conditions of use of the models based on the weak lacalization effect are determined. The second-oder scattering approximation was used to receive formulas for extinction and absorbtion cross sections of randomly orientated clusters of spherical particles. The model of collective effects for rarefied medium of randomly orientated multiple-spheres clusters is obtained.
