Thesolution of the border equilibrium problems of resilient-plastic plate with an arbitrary-oriented crack in one-thrust tension conditions is obtained; about determining durability of a resilient-plastic plate with a crack of normal break under the conditions of cyclic tension. New approach to solution of the problems about determination of the tensile-deformed condition resilient and resilient-plastic plates with cracks is presented.
