Pedeshko A. Administrative responsibility for customs law violation

The thesis is a scientific research on the problems of administrative responsibility for customs law violation as a means of ensuring the customs practice and policy. In the thesis theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of administrative responsibility for customs law violation have been analyzed as well as its social legal characteristics have been given The notion the essence and the meaning of customs practice in Ukraine have been defined also the system of customs law violations has been analyzed A considerable attention in the thesis is paid to the general characteristics of the peculiarities of customs law violation proceedings A thorough analysis of the effectiveness of forms and methods of methods of customs bodies collaboration with other law enforcement agencies in Ukraine has been conducted Theoretical and practical suggestions and recommendations aimed on improving the legal regulation of administrative responsibility as well as the legal proceedings in administrative respo nsibility for customs law violation have been elaborated and grounded. In particular, some suggestions were introduced to a new edition of the draft Customs Code of Ukraine, which later was submitted to the Verckovna Rada of Ukraine for discussion and approval.
