Mathematical models of dynamic behavior of plates and cylindrical shells, which interact with the layered directivity reinforced composites. Every layer of a composite the dynamical equations of a theory of elasticity with an exact taking into account the mechanism interaction of a matrix and a reinforce are used. The special numerically-an analytical algorithm which base on integral methods of Furie and Laplas and quadratured formulas of their join are used. The research into stress-deformed state of the elements of positive form constructions are shown, the conclusions of a time settled for a process and transition to a stationary regime are made, the influence of the number of reinforces and their stiffness for a interface of displace and stress is estimated.
