Artemova S. Current of glomerulonephritis in conditions of cytomegalovirus infection

The dissertation is devoted to study of features of current of the various forms of glomerulonephritis in conditions of cytomegalovirus infection. With this purpose 112 patients by the various forms glomerulonephritis are inspected. The majority of the patients glomerulonephritis were infected by CMV, especially patients with nephrotic form of chronic GN were installed. Because of detailed study of datas of clinicolaboratory and immunologic parameters is shown, that at infected patients glomerulonephritis flows past much more badly, that is exhibited in more expressed at them edemas syndrome, proteinuria, hematuria and disbalance of a system of immunity. Immunologic changes of the patients with GN associated with CMVI were characterized by depressing O-suppressors, activity of a complement and phagocytic system. Is established, that at the patients with acute GN infected by CMV, chronization of process passes in 100 percents of cases, while at noninfected - is significant less often. The recommendati ons are offered to include in a complex of mandatory researches for diagnosis of GN the virologic tests on CMV. 7452.
