Essay

The state of central hemodinamics was learned in patients with both diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension. Peculiarities of hemodinamic state and reactivity of cardio-vascular system in patients with I and II types of diabetes and essential hypertension and symptomatic arterial hypertension due to diabetic nephropathy were revealed. The information of passive orthostatic and antiorthostatic tests for investigation of blood circulation system reaction in the time of load tests was shown. Peculiarities of capoten and adverzutene hemodinamic effects in diabetic hypertensive patients were determined. The influence of capoten and adverzutene for the vascular reaction by diabetes mellitus was revealed. Expedience for the clinical practice the complex functional-pharmacologic test was demonstrated.
