Essay

There were synthesized and identified 20 new metal complexes of metal bis(organodithiophosphates). The conclusions about the nature of the central atom M, stereochemistry and electronic properties substituents of acydoligand L, connected with coordinative knot of the complex on their antiwear effectiveness, are made. There were discovered antioxiditive, antifrictive and antiradiative complexes, included in to basic lubricant materials. It was shown that for the complexes biocide, fungicide and growth-regulating action is characteristic. The basic empirical factors, which determine the correlation the structure- biological properties are discovered.
