Zheleznyak T. Increasing the functional capacitance of the working organs of sugar beet harvesting machines.

The object of research is beеt-tops cutting apparatus БМ-6А, digging deviсe KC-6Б. The aim of research is working parts capacity raising of beet-root harvesters on the basis of determined optimal technical maintenance and replacement terms, the working out of demands to knives БМ- 6А wear and tear staunchness and disk diggers КС-6Б, the working out of repair suitable beet-root harvester working parts. The methods of research: theoretical results: received dependence of adjusted parameters of beet-tops cutting apparatus and digging device upon knives and diggers wear and tear staunchness, established quality knives functioning, upon cutting element location and their quantily, diggers upon window parameters and rigidness of adjusted star-shaped washer with the use of block modeling. The method of optimal terms replacement determining was worked out and estimation exactness of modal resources meaning was received. Practical results: repair, suitable knife with twice raising durability and disk digger wi th time reducing for technical maintenance were worked out, the term of working parts replacement was established in connection with their deterioration. The results of research taken by OAO "ТеКЗ" for the use when working out new beet-root harvesters.
