450 patients with anterior ischemic neuropathy and retinal vein ischemic thrombosis. To improve the efficacy of treatment patient with anterior ischemic neuropathy and retinal vein ischemic thrombosis. Clinical, ophthalmological, dopplerographia, chromatography, anatomic preparation; dopplerograph "Dopscan plus", the "Millichrom" device, electrocardiograph. The analysis of the treatment results demonstrates for the first time that the proposed technique enables the values of hemodynamics in the basin of ophthalmic artery and tonographic parameters to be increased and far more elevated functional findings after the therapy and long - term follow-ups to be oblained (with a 4-year period). The results of stady have been introduced into practice of 2 ophthalmologic's institutions of Donetsc. Ophthalmology.
