Essay

The patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RD). On the basis of studying disturbances of processis haemostais and identification of clinical factors were elaborated new approaches of the treatment RD. Methods - ophthalmologic, biochemical. In the first time was determined the interconnection between the local haemostasis activation and postoperative complications. Mathematical models of prognosis of named complications and methods of it's prophylactic are proposed. The method was applicated in practical work of ophthalmology department. The use area is medicine, ophthalmology.
