Essay

Object of a research: the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The purpose: development of a method for treatment of diabetes mellitus patients by means of embryonic cell suspensions, based on hemopoietic cells of human embryonic liver. Methods and equipment: clinical, biochemical, immunological, cytomorphological; laminar box, programmed freezer; flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, microscope. Theoretical and practical outcomes: hemopoietic cells of human embryonic liver promote recovery of immune indices, recovery of erythropoiesis, positiv influence to carbohydrate exchange, decrease a level of a glycemia in patients with DM. Indications and contrindications for transplantations of hemopoietic cells of human embryonic treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with the use of hemopoietic cells of human embryonic liver for the first time is developed. A degree of introduction: the data can be used for treatment of the patients with DM and for the lectures in medical educational institutions. The s phere (area) of use:endocrinology.
