125 patients with glomerulonephritis accompanied by nephrotic syndrome were inspected. Is Explored dominance of massive continuous plasmosorption, hemo-sorption, hemodialysis and ultrafiltration on flow of chronic glomerulonephritis accompanied by nephrotic syndrome in II-IV a. chronic nephritic insufficiency and acute glomerulonephritis with acute nephritic insufficiencyEstablished, that application of efferent methods of detoxication in complex treatment of patients with glomerulonephritis accompanied by nephrotic syndrome elevates effectiveness of pathogenetic therapy and stimulates a diuresis, favoured to lower nitrous wastes in the blood plasma, decreased intoxication.. Is Offered application of efferent methods of detoxication in complex glomerulonephritis therapy in dependence on stage of chronic nephritic insufficiency 2. 3. 125 patients with glomerulonephritis accompanied by nephrotic syndrome were inspected.
