Essay

Nitride and oxynitride layers on the titanium. To develop the basic demands to the structural and phase state of nitride and oxynitride layers for the providing of the long-term exploitation of industrial titanium alloys in the media of mineral acids. The metallografic analysis and X-ray analysis by DPOH-3.0 and Auge-electron spectroscopy by JUMP and alloyed elements redistribution by X-ray analyzer KAMEBAX and electrochemical investigations by potentiostate П-5827M and mechanical investigations were the experimental methods. The role of morphology and homogeneity of the nitride layer phase state in the providing of the corrosion resistance are estimated. The basic demands to the structural and phase state of nitride and oxynitride layers on the industrial titanium alloys to provide the long-term operation in the media of chloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acids are developed. The chemical industry is the sphere of using.
