Savchenko A. Legal Regulation of labour of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with a complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of labour of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Comprehensive Research of the current normative and legal system of support of the activities of the teaching staff of the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine made it possible to put forward a number of effective suggestions on its improvement, and in the sphere of the staff employment and dismissal from work, working hours and leisure.
