Chuchmaj I. Clinic and treatment peculiarities of teeth arcs deformation in constant bite

Theses are dedicated to investigation of clinical manifestations and treatment methods for teeth arcs deformations of teenagers and adults.. The main reasons of their origin and conservation for adults are defined, that is: non-elimination of etiological factor (mouth breathing, etc); incorrect treatment method choice; complications arising while treatment (unpredictable teeth relocation) and patients' indiscipline. Forming deformation mechanism, their character and localization are studied on the basis of morphometrical analysis of jaw models. Clinical and morphological characteristic in separate teeth anomaly was researched as well as their crowding, upper jaw front section protrusion and teeth arcs deformation caused by macrodontia. More serious deformations are found in cases of teeth crowding aggravated with macrodontia. Teleroetgenograms analysis showed that teeth arcs deformations are concentrated in the limits of alveodental complex, jaw bases are regularly developed. The main directions of adu lts' teeth arcs deformations treatment were worked out, cases for treatment methods implementation were identified according to the constant bite period and clinical-morphometrical deformation characteristics.
