Essay

The thesis work is dedicated to problems of rising efficiency of generalized periodontitis treatment. The differential approach was proposed for magnetic therapy, conventional medicamental therapy and alfacalcidol application depending on a degree of gravity and course of generalized periodontitis. The effect of magnetic therapy with proposed physical characteristics of the magnetic field on a pathogenic microflora of periodontium pockets, protective factors of oral cavity, microstructure of gingiva was studied. The effect of magnetic therapy, magnetic therapy in combination with alfacalcidol on the structural-functional state of bone tissue of skeletal, alveolar process and generalized periodontitis course was examined. The method of microcirculation's structural and functional state estimation with calculation of an integrated index of microcirculatory disorders was elaborated.
