Al' M. Methods and algorithms for the estimation of the testability for the digital devices on the stage of design

In this dissertation received further developments in the methods of testability estimation for the computer aids. The proposed algorithms increase the efficiency of testability estimation with the help of using semantics structure. Formulated conditions, methods and the providing algorithms for the diagnozability of computing devices on the structural, functionally-logical and schematic levels. Offered the quantitative integral indexes of diagnozability for such devices, and also offered the functions of optimization of temporal and apparatus expenditures on diagnosing. Suggested built CAD on the basis of the expert systems using the elements of the fuzzy logic.
