Markina T. Citizens' Right of Employment and Forms of its Realization in Terms of the Foundation and Development of the Market Economy/

- The memo is the monographic scientific research which deals with the problem regarding the efficacy of functioning of the legal environment of the employment relations. This mechanism includes law-making, law-applying and law-guarding activity of the corresponding state and public bodies. Taking into account regulations of the Constitution of Ukraine the content, main directions and forms of the state legal policy in the sphere of the citizens' employment in terms of foundation and development of the market economy have been analysed. The level and the volume of the legal environment of employment have also been analysed. The thesis contains suggestions of the improvement of law-making, law-applying and law-enforcing activity in the sphere of the employment relations. The author offers modifications to some articles of the Labor Code and of the Law of Ukraine "About the Citizens' Employment", new articles to these laws.
