The Subject of the research: The Western Donbass miners with the occupational disease and the pain syndrome in the heart area (PSH).The aim of the work: The improvement of the quality of the examination of the miners' fitness to work and their rehabilitation. The methods: electrocardiography for the establishment of the bio-electric activity changes, echocardiography for the contractional heart function research, veloergometry with the evaluation of the physical work capacity. The differential approach and the compulsory clinical-instrumental check-up of the miners with PHS with the usage of the measured physical exertion test with the expertise of the work capacity is recommended.The field of adoption: cardiology and the occupational diseases.
