The paper gives results of the research of changes in inozytolphosphates' sekondary messengers' composition and cellular metabolism of experimental and clinikal glomerulonephritis, the influence of the membranotrope prepation glukosamine hydrochloride (PF "Zdoroviye", Kharkov) upon the indicators under study is displayed by the paper as well. The research objects were:88 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, 30 practically healthy people and 21 experimental animals. It has been shown that the inozytolphosphates' level's immuno-inflammative process'activity degree in cases of glomerulonephritis and it is closely connected with the energy and biosynthetic processes' faults, AOS,immune and kinine systems' breaches and lipide peroxidation processes' activation's disruption. Glukosamine hydrochloride's favourable effect on regulatsng and energy processes suggests that its application should be recommended in complex treatment of patients with glomerulonephritis. The obtained results have been reduced to practice by the health institutions in the sphere of therapy and nephrology.
