Essay

The investigation object - patients with IHD, suffering from stable and unstable angina pectoris. The aim was to improve the efficacy of the treatment of IHD and its diagnostics on the basis of the study of the pathogenetic meaning of the system changes of humoral immunity, cytokines and endothelium functional state. Methods of research and equipment: enzymoimmunoassay, method of immune hemolysis, radioimmunoassay, enzymatic assay, exercise test, Holter ECG monitoring; microphotometer, photoelectrokalorimeter, plant for radioimmunochemical assay, bycicleergometer, Holter ECG monitor. It was shown, that IHD is characterized by system activation of the antigenespecific immunoinflammatory reactions and progressing endothelium dysfunction, which make a considerable contribution to the disease destabilization. It was distinguish the most informative indices of immune state and endothelium function for the estimation of the disease course character. It was investigated angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor s influence on system immunoinflammatory parameters and endothelium dysfunction in IHD. Degree of introduction: the results were introduced into the work of the medical institutions. Field of application: cardiology, therapy.
