The precise positioning systems. The development of algorithms and hardware realization of direct microprocessor control of the linear motor. Methods of research are mathematical modeling, system approach and natural experiments, the methods of the Current States. Experimental installations and PC are used. Theoretical results are digital regulator synthesis technique, choice of a digitization step, the step-linear pulses. The practical results are structure of algorithm and program of direct microprocessor control for servowriter, and also software debugging devices. The novelty is the account of specificity of the linear motor and on-chip microcontroller. The results are introduced in Electromechanical Devices Research Institute (Kiev). A technique of development of debugging devices, microprocessor regulators, software, and also experimental stand are used in educational process in Chernigov State Technological University. The received results allow to increase accuracy, mass-dimensional, power and time characteristics, to speed up process of designing. Sphere of use is the precise electric drive with semi-conductor converters and digital control systems.
