This thesis is a clinical one the purpose of which is the rational prosthesis of patient with the full absence of teeth and unfavourable clinical conditions of prosthetic bed of a mandible. On the basis of clinical data there were determined the unfavourable factors for the prosthetics. There was worked out a unit and the way of its use for the study of compliancy of oral mucous membrane. There was studied the topography of the compliancy zones in the membrane of the prosthetic bed of the toothless maxilla and mandible.
