Essay

The thesis is devoted to development and implementation of dynamic calculations procedures, computer simulation of nonlinear oscillations of composite frame type buildings with complex joints (semirigid compliant, with a separation and slipping). Object of the research is joints, elements, frameworks of frame type buildings. Methods of investigation are numerical integration methods (Runge-Kutta) of nonlinear differential equations of motion, method direct. The dynamic models of joints different types and elements of composite buildings frames were formed. The differential equations of motion, application computer programs, procedure of testing and investigation of their nonlinear oscillations were composed. The reliability of the obtained results proves to be true by comparison with experimental data and results of available numerical and analytical solutions; by the implementation of the developed procedures and applications programs in designing practice.
