Is analysed influence of Lipostabil on clinic and laboratory parameters in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary TB and on effectiveness of treatment. In 107 patients, received Lipostabil, is detected broncholitic, antiagregatinc effect. The detoxication of an organism, involution of specific process were accelerated. It has increased frequency of healing of cavernae on 5,97 %, has reduced terms of cessation of excretion of MBT on (1,0±0,3) mnths and healing of cavernae on (1,3±0,3) mnths, the duration of a chemotherapy, hospital treatment - on (2,3±0,4) and (1,3±0,4) mnths.
