Basic position of the dissertation is dedicated to the pathogenetic particularities of toxic damages of liver beside 107 sick ( to its drug striking at the treatment of tuberculosis of lungs, alcoholic hepatitis) depending on intensities of peroxide oxidation of lipids, antyra dical protective system conditions, functional state of Erythrocytes, microcirculative breaches. Studied and proved possibility of comprising in treat complex the the "Vobenzym" for the reason of normalization of functional characteristics of erythrocytes, activation of the gluthatione component of the antioxidant protection.
