The liquid solutions which contain iodate- and periodate-ions. The development of the electrochemical regeneration method of sodium periodate liquid solutions in the polysacharides production which allows to create the reserved wastless oxidizer dialdehidestarch synthesis. Complex of the methods of electrochemical and chemical analysis. The kinetic of iodate-anions oxidize in free background solutions are set. It allows to ground the main technologycal parameters of the regeneration. The accelarated action of chloride-ions on the iodate's oxidizing process was showed.
