Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of the clinic, diagnosis making, curing and prevention of the parodontal syndrome in children ill diabetes mellitus. A complex research of the parodontum tissues state in children of the puberty age (12-16 years old) suffering from insulindependent diabetes mellitus in a severe form. The data on the clinical, X-ray, biochemical, immunological at the chronical catarihal gingivitis and generalized parodontitis have been given. A comply of curing and prevention procedures using antioxydants (vitamin A, E, C) and an immunomodulator (purple echinotia extract) has been prove and put into the clinical practice.
