Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the influence of different factors, that support blood pressure(BP) level, on its increase in the morning and of the antihypertensive therapy influence on these factors at the essential hypertensive patients. The BP incremernt in the morning hours (from 6 to 9 a.m.) was associated with significant increase of vasoactve factors levels. BP increment and the rate of BP rise dropped significantly at losartan and amlodipine therapy. Lowering of BP increment in the morning under amlodipine course was associated with plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine and Ca2+in level decrease. Both losartan and amlodipine normalized fasting insulin level in the morning.
