The thesis was devoted to study the organ's peculiarities of intertissues relations in non-embrional (horion) and definitive (stomac, small intestine, heart, body vessels) of organs in the first term of prenatal ontogenesis of the human. It were used modern morphogenetic, histochemical, electronic microscopic and morphometric methods of reseach. It were marked important differences in the histogenetic development of organs. Were found embossed constractive characteristics of histogenetic processes accordingly of sequens of beginning geterogenic layings of structural components of organs and asyncronism of degree of its differentiation.
