Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of service properties of a glue mastic, which has been newly made, on the basis of polymers in the agueous medium. It has been determined that for the production of the new glue mastic it is advisable to use a mixture of two polymers of organic and inorganic origin in the agueous medium. The work gives the evaluation of thixotropic properties of the glue mastics, which have been newly made, and it has been discovered for the first time a new rheological flow: viscoplastic - pseudo-plastic flow. It has been assumed that there is a link between the molecular mobility and results of infrared-spectroscopic investigations with basic service properties of the mastic. It has been shown that depending on the degree of filling the polymer mixture system studied with calcium carbonate, there are significant changes in the structure, which are connected with the destruction of the existing globular structure and the formation of new globules and associates. The basic results of the work have been introduced into production and proved by the significant effect of economic savings.
