Kredenets' N. The formation of assortment and the technological evaluation of knitted fabrics for sport wear

For the first time the complex evaluation is given to the quality of new kinds of knitted fabrics for sport wear using polyethereal and polyamides texture fibres.The dissertation investigates the influence of fibrous structure, density and trimming on serviceability and durability of shape. The data of half-cyclic characteristics and durability of fabrics for wear are chosen for the evaluation of serviceability. The data of one-cyclic characteristics, the initial stage of stretching and shrinkage - for the durability of shape. The modern instrumental and standart unified methods. The data of initial stage of stretching is used for the evaluation of the durability of contour shape. The laboratory method on serviceability is suggested : multilaundering, artificial insolation and complex influence of all factors.The optimal variants of fabrics for coming into production are suggested. The changes in molecular structure of fibres are investigated. The new assortment of knitted fabrics meets the technical requirements. A significant economic effect can be achieved due to more rational use of raw materials, equipment, the increase of quality, the improvement of appearance and extension of the operation term.
