Geological structure, substantial composition, teхture and geochemical features are researched from point of view their suitability for toxic waste landfill building. The modern state of toxic waste management in Ukrainu and world is estimated. On the base of determined complex of characteristics facial and lithofacial structure of bed is revialed. The complex of ecological and geological criteria of estimation and selection of sites suitable for toxic waste disposal facilities are worked out and based on elaborated criteria the areas (sites) for subsequent special studing are distinguished.
