Essay

The dissertation is focused on the research of the application of the extracorporal methods for the stationary treatment of patients with the joint-visceral forms of SL. It has been proven that the regression of the main clinical syndromes was caused by the effective influence of said methods on the immune status, on the level of the antinuclear antibodies against the different kind of DNA and on the figures of the non-specific inflammation. From the analysis of the complications coming out during HS and PP treatment, the contra-indications to their usage were derived. As the result of the conducted research it was determined that the inclusion of the HS and PP into the complex treatment of the SL patients improved the results of the treatment. Thus it is possible to diminish the heaviness of the symptoms of the disease, the etiology of which is not clear yet.
