Essay

The paper deals with the problem of immunological reactivity. Of myocardial infarction patients in acute subacute and early postinfarction periods. Disbalanse of immune system cells causing the development of inflammatory complications was revealed. It is stated that leavamizol and methyluracil used as immunostimulators produce a positive effect on immunological status and reduce the number of complications. It is shown that in early postinfarction period the level of immunoglobulins and circulating immune complexes is increased that promotes the development of atherosclerosis.
