The thesis contains the analysis of administrative justice concept and its model in foreign countries. The peculiarity of administrative justice implementation in Ukraine and necessity of judicial power reform, creation of State judicial administration as one of the guarantees of independent justice as well as organizing providing of judicial power activity is studied here.Contemporary kinds of court review of judgements, acts or inaction of local authorities, post and service officials that make the basic contents of administrative justice activity in Ukraine are investigated in. Specific proposals on new legislation improving and implementation that reflect the author's idea of administrative justice implementation in Ukraine are formulated in.
