. Object of investigation - patients with coronary heart disease (ICD) and subjects with dislipidemia. The aim - to raise the efficacy of prophylaxis and treatment of patients with ICD on the basis of complex assessement of lipid peroxidation (LPO) state, antioxidative enzymes and iron, zink, manganese and copper blood level in individuals with dyslipidemia and patients with ICD. Methods: atomic-absorption spectrometry, photoelectric colorimetry, correlation analysis. The advisability of application of trace elements containing preparations (in particular - Unicap M) in addition to basic therapy was shown, this permit to correlate trace elements exchange, LPO, antioxidative enzymes activity in patients with ICD.
