Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of criminal legal adjustment of drug and toxin addiction prevalence restriction and overcoming of narcotizm as anti-social phenomena. Classification and main indications of drugs, analogues, of drugs and sicotropical substance, precursors, stupefying matters like implement of criminal infringement are determined. Questions of quantitative and qualitative descriptions of criminal matter impact on its qualification are come out. It is made concrete suggestions for improvement of being anti-narcotic legislation in Ukraine.
