Essay

The object of research is the vapour-oxydation of ferric carbonic alloys trough an electrical field effect. The purpose of thesis is the process refinement for intensifing and functionalities extension of its usage and optimal parameters of technology development. Methods of research is an electronic microscopy, X-ray difraction and metallografic analysis. Tribotechnical properties definition of an oxide film was conducted at the Falex machine. The processing of details relation on the designed technology from temperature, treatment time, electric field strength and potential polarity submitted on an article is detected. Quantitative regularities of kinetics of coatings forming in the overheated vapour atmosphere with superposition of an electrical field is detected. Is shown an electrical field application allows to lower temperature of oxide coatings forming up 1500 С and improve its tribotechnical characteristics. The designed method is realized at the building pilot-plant equipment. The results of activity have passed trials in the Kharkov Institute of Machines and Systems.
