Nguyen V. The Globalisation of World Financial and Monetary Markets.

The disertation is doveted to the field of theoretical and practical aspects of global processes in World Finance. Liberalisation of Global CapitalFlows and it's impact on national ekonomies are the main issues of thedissertation. The causes and implication of financial crises in emerging countries have been analysed. The author has put forvard a new approach to the role of IMF in obtaining and investor's trust while financial crisis is coming.The analyses of sustainability and deficit of Current Account's Balances have been done with reliable statistical dates. The most effective ways of decreasing effects of Current account's disbalances on national economies which have been analysed in the dissertation would be used by Ukraine and Vietnam in reforming their economies.
