The dissertation is devoted to examining of problems of the constitutional responsibility of the supreme bodies of state authority in modern peace and in Ukraine. In the dissertation the questions of rise, genesis, and functioning of institute of the constitutional responsibility of the supreme bodies of state authority in modern peace and, in particular, in Ukraine are considered. The analysis of a parity of this kind of the legal responsibility with the politicalresponsibility is exercised . In work the own determining of concept of the constitutional responsibility of the supreme bodies of state authority is offered. On this badis is proved and a lien of the offers on improvement of the domestic legislation concerning questions of the constitutional responsibility of the supreme bodies of state authority is made.
