Heals resort Great Yalta. Definition of the theoretical, methodical and applied bases of working out the marketing policy, strategy and tactics for tourism development in Ukraine. Methods of analysis, synthesis, mathematical statistics, systems approach. The specialities of tourism marketing are defined. The methodic of strategical marketing inculcation to the tourism industry is working out. The marketing strategy of tourism- health resort complex development is proposed. The complex tourist's behaviour characteristics by the economic psychology view is made for the first time. The results of research found their application in enterprises activities of the tourism industry.
