The thesis has presented the results of the investigation of generalized parodontitis course peculiaraties in patients suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and evaluation of the influence of bone tissue's structural and functional disturbances on the course of generalized parodontitis. 118 patients with the diagnosis of generalized parodontitis accompanied by rheumatoid arthritits have been examined the structural and functional status of periodontal tissue. The bone tissue of axial skeleton, bone metabolism, calcium and phosphoric exchange have been established in accordance with the stage of generalized parodontitis. The suggesred method of treatment revealed disturbances includes the use of alphacalcidol.
